Please also note that you will still have to bring this hard copy of the form into the office during your interview, where you will be asked to sign it and enter your Driving and Beneficiary data so that we can cover you for driving insurance while you are travelling on RSVP business. (Those items that are to be left unentered are clearly marked on the form in RED. This omission requirement is strictly for the purpose of maintaining your Web Security).
