The group has been focusing on Disaster procedures, drill exercises and other Tabletop exercises for CVAN members. Other very important topics that have been discussed, such as classes for preparing your home for a potential disaster, items to store and other ways to protect yourself and your family.

The upper most subject matter is Tabletop exercises – which is staging of localized Disaster Drills in the city of Torrance. The talks are still in the development stages, as there is much to do to set up any disaster drill. The next CVAN meeting is set for April 22nd, 2004. We will keep you apprised as we move forward.
